Services and fees

Free 15 min. Consultation

Intended to be a pre-session to explore what you are looking for and what we can offer. You will be able to briefly discuss reasons for coming to therapy, treatment goals, and expectations.

Individual Therapy

Private/out-of-pocket pay as well as the following health insurances: Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Optum EAPs

These sessions, beginning with an intake/initial session, will be where you begin the therapeutic process. You will dive into the reasons you sought therapy and begin unpacking you, your experiences, your goals and your expectations.

Couples Therapy

Private/out-of-pocket pay as well as the following health insurance: Cigna

Immigration Evaluations (2-3 sessions 120 minutes each)

Extreme Hardship Waivers | Asylum Waivers | VAWA | UVisa

Immigration Evaluations are mental health assessments for immigration court cases. These are often requested by an attorney and can be the defining factor for a person’s case. During the 2 – 3 sessions of 2 hours each, we will assess the client’s psychological state as well as detail information about their life’s experiences.
